Terms & Conditions - Return Policy

By placing your order online or with one of our phone representatives, you are accepting the terms and conditions of this return policy. A copy of this return policy is also sent to you as part of your e-mail order confirmation for your records. All orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship the next business day: no orders will ship out on weekends or holidays. Some exceptions may also apply. Priority mail typically takes between 2 to 5 business days to reach its destination. US Overnight Express mail may be considered "second day" delivery due to remote delivery locations or PO box deliveries. If you live outside the USA and had your item shipped standard airmail it may take 7 to 21 business days to reach you. If you chose the Global Express Shipping option it may take 3 to 5 business days to reach you as long as Customs does not hold up your order.

We will use every means possible to have your package delivered to you in a timely manner. If you give us the wrong address OR you are not home to sign for package OR you do not pick up your package when you have been left a message to do so, the package will be returned to us. Our customary rule is that when you make an error such as this, we will re-ship the package again at your expense. Customers who "refuse" their package will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price. Cancelled orders are also subject to 20% handling and re-stocking fees for time spent on processing it. Please understand, we DO inspect ALL items before they leave our warehouse. If damage does occur it is through no fault of yours or ours. It will become the responsibility of the Post Office to cover all damages. You will need to file a claim with the US Postal Service so please be sure to retain all packaging.

Our "Money back guarantee" is good on first time, original purchases only within 30 Days of the order date (date the order was placed) on packages/orders totaling $95.00 (ninety-five US dollars) or less. Shipping/handling fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Authorization for a return must be made prior to requesting a refund by emailing freederm@earthlink.net: return mailing instructions and authorization number to follow at that time. Orders returned without an authorization number will not be refunded nor will they be returned. If you return unauthorized merchandise and would like it returned, it will be up to you to pay the shipping back to you. After 5 days items will be discarded. Returns are subject to management discretion and all resulting decisions are final.
